About this role

We are seeking a highly organised adaptable and resilient Administration Assistant to support our National SMSF team in Sydney.

Key responsibilities

• Draft emails to clients based on ATO and audit correspondence received

• Assist the team with preparing client letters and other documentation

• Assist SMSF accountants with compiling completed SMSF annual packages (financial statements tax returns) using Class Super software

• Assist SMSF accountants with annual tax return lodgements

• Liaison with SMSF auditors including tracking of audits and assistance with SMSF audit queries

• Liaison with external banks brokers and financial advisors with information required

• Preparation of invoices

• Scanning filing and updating of client data and documentation including data entry in Class Super for a portfolio of funds

Skills and experience

• Previous administrative experience ideally within a professional services or corporate environment

• High level of organisational skills and strong attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills

• Experience / interest in the superannuation and accounting industry would be highly regarded
