About the Role:

You will oversee the day-to-day delivery of commercial roofing projects across Perth. Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will lead on-site teams manage safety coordinate suppliers and ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on-site operations and daily toolbox/pre-starts.
Supervise installation of cladding flashings and roof plumbing.
Coordinate with Commercial Manager and other site supervisors.
Manage site safety documentation inductions and JSAs.
Schedule works and manage delivery of materials.
Ensure compliance with OH&S and building standards.
Provide clear daily instructions and monitor productivity.

Skills & Experience:

Supervisory experience in commercial roofing essential.
Strong technical skills across cladding sheeting & flashings.
Ability to read/interpret technical plans and drawings.
Confident communicator and natural leader under pressure.
Working knowledge of site safety and height access equipment.
Proficient using variety of computer software.

Required:

Valid Drivers Licence and Construction Card (White Card).
Heights within 2 years and roofing trade certificate - beneficial.
