About the Role:
You will oversee the day-to-day delivery of commercial roofing projects across Perth. Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will lead on-site teams manage safety coordinate suppliers and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site operations and daily toolbox/pre-starts.
- Supervise installation of cladding flashings and roof plumbing.
- Coordinate with Commercial Manager and other site supervisors.
- Manage site safety documentation inductions and JSAs.
- Schedule works and manage delivery of materials.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S and building standards.
- Provide clear daily instructions and monitor productivity.
Skills & Experience:
- Supervisory experience in commercial roofing essential.
- Strong technical skills across cladding sheeting & flashings.
- Ability to read/interpret technical plans and drawings.
- Confident communicator and natural leader under pressure.
- Working knowledge of site safety and height access equipment.
- Proficient using variety of computer software.
Required:
- Valid Drivers Licence and Construction Card (White Card).
- Heights within 2 years and roofing trade certificate - beneficial.
