Site Administrator and Document Controller - Renewable Energy
About the Employer
Our client is an infrastructure engineering and construction contractor delivering transport civil and energy projects. Its teams work across design construction and project delivery in Australia.
The Opportunity
Support a solar and battery construction project in Mortlake Western Victoria. This on-site role combines office coordination and project administration with document control working a regular five-days-on two-days-off roster.
Your Responsibilities
Issue and track document transmittals drawings design packages and formal correspondence using project systems.
Maintain drawing logs registers comments and version-controlled technical records.
Coordinate site office facilities suppliers cleaning consumables and PPE orders.
Process invoices expenses credit-card reconciliations and purchase requests.
Organise onboarding inductions and compliance records for staff contractors and visitors.
Assist commercial procurement HSEQ and engineering teams with meetings calendars and monthly reporting.
Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
Site or project administration or document control experience in major construction civil engineering or renewable energy.
Practical EDMS capability such as TeamBinder ACC Aconex or SharePoint.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and accurate formatting records and database administration.
Organisation and problem solving across competing site priorities.
Effective relationships with engineering teams clients suppliers and subcontractors.
