ServiceNow Developer Perth

Atturra is seeking a motivated Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer to join our growing ServiceNow practice.

In this role youll work within a delivery team to implement and enhance ServiceNow solutions across a range of client environments. Youll contribute to design development and configuration taking ownership of defined solution components while working alongside senior technical leaders.

This role suits someone who is confident in hands-on development and integrations and comfortable operating in a customer-facing Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design develop and configure ServiceNow solutions aligned to best practice and customer needs
Build and enhance functionality using Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts ACLs and Flow Designer Support delivery across modules such as ITSM CSM ITOM and integrations
Contribute to integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs
Participate in code reviews to ensure quality security and maintainability
Engage in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives)
Collaborate with architects developers BAs and clients to deliver aligned outcomes
Maintain a customer-focused approach understanding business processes and outcomes

What will make you successful in this role

35 years experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
Strong knowledge of core platform components (Business Rules Client Scripts ACLs UI Policies Flow Designer)
Solid JavaScript skills and understanding of ServiceNow data models Experience supporting integrations (Integration Hub REST APIs data imports)
Comfortable working in Agile teams with a collaborative mindset
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
A proactive growth-oriented mindset
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Preferred Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or CSM)
Integration Hub Fundamentals
