Your Opportunity

Join a major data centre project in Melbourne as a Senior Supervisor where youll lead crews on site coordinate subcontractors and help drive the safe and successful delivery of structural works.

Working closely with the Superintendent youll oversee daily site activities keep works progressing to schedule and maintain high standards of safety quality and productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating day-to-day site activities across structural work fronts
• Leading trades subcontractors and labour teams on site
• Monitoring progress and resolving issues that may impact delivery
• Maintaining strong safety quality and environmental standards
• Managing site logistics plant materials and deliveries
• Reviewing drawings and specifications to support project delivery
• Assisting with short-term planning and resource coordination

What Youll Bring

• A trade qualification or AQF Certificate II in Construction
• Experience as a Supervisor Leading Hand or similar site leadership role
• Strong knowledge of structural construction methods drawings and specifications
• Experience coordinating trades subcontractors materials and plant on construction projects
• The ability to plan ahead manage priorities and keep works moving
• A strong commitment to safety quality and team outcomes
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
