Your impact in role

• Own Mineral Resource estimationfrom interpretation to defensible models.
• Audit and assure high-quality compliant reports aligned with JORC and relevant industry standards.
• Mentor and uplift developing geologists driving technical excellence and best practice.
• Partnerwith internal teams and client stakeholders across mine planning and production.
• Managescopeschedulesand workflowsto ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Buildlasting client relationships support proposals / tenders. Help us securerepeatwork andnewclients.

About You

• 6years experience in mining/exploration geologygeologicalmodellingand resourceestimation.
• Sound working knowledge of JORC and ASX reporting requirements.(NI 43-101 well-regarded but not essential)
• Experience across multiple commodities.
• Proficiencywithindustry software (e.g. Leapfrog VulcanSurpac Supervisor).
• Communication and report-writing styleto influence and alignstakeholdersanddecision-making.
• Current and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
