This role is a Parental Leave Cover Role - approx 12 mths.

Imagine building lasting relationships with some of Queenslands leading Agribusiness customers while helping regional communities grow and prosper.

As a Senior Relationship Manager based in Rockhampton youll manage relationships with established Agribusiness customers and work alongside a passionate team committed to supporting the future of Australian agriculture. Youll partner with businesses requiring lending facilities from $3 million to $50 million helping deliver tailored banking solutions that support their ambitions and success.

This full time opportunity offers meaningful work strong team support and the chance to build your career in one of Australias most important industries.

What do I need

Expertise in Agribusiness and an understanding of the unique needs of regional customers
Strong relationship building and communication skills
Experience with cashflow lending balance sheet analysis and deal structuring
Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
Well established referral networks and strong community connections
