Senior Project Officer Far West

In this role youll:

• Support the development of projects and delivery of road maintenance and construction activities in Far Western NSW.
• Provide project support for RMCC delivery.
• Cooperate with Project Services West teams to deliver comparable data and process consistency in the delivery of project outcomes.
• Undertake surveillance activities when required ensuring works are delivered in accordance with standards specifications and project requirements.

This is a permanent position that will support our Project Services West - Far West Precinct division and can be located out of Nyngan or Broken Hill.

About you

• Appropriate trade or tertiary qualifications or demonstrated relevant equivalent professional experience in project management or road maintenance and construction.
• An understanding of the RMCC.
• Knowledge and/or experience in roadworks surveillance practices.
• Experience interpreting environmental quality and safety requirements within infrastructure projects.
• Strong project management and reporting capabilities.

A current NSW motor vehicle drivers license and ability to work outside normal working hours and to travel on a regular basis will be required for this role.
