Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
TasNetworks is looking for an experienced Senior Project Managerto lead major electrical infrastructure projects across Tasmania. This statewide role involves regular site travel complex stakeholder engagement and full lifecycle project delivery.
What youll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-million-dollar electrical infrastructure projects.
- Own project outcomes across scope cost schedule and quality.
- Manage contracts (including AS4000) budgets forecasting and commercial performance.
- Oversee scheduling resource planning and communication across internal teams and contractors.
- Identify and manage project risks constraints and dependencies.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers contractors regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure safety environmental and quality standards are met on every project.

You will also offer:
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management Construction Management or similar relevant experience.
- Extensive experience managing full lifecycle construction projects (client-side advantageous).
- Strong scheduling skills (MS Project or similar).
- Proven contract management and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication reporting and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience in electrical HV or utilities projects (desirable).
- A safety-first customer-focused mindset.
