Senior Project Engineer - Power Systems and Solar Integration

The Opportunity
Take technical ownership of power-system packages for utility-scale solar developments in New South Wales. You will connect engineering performance equipment procurement supplier management and commercial outcomes through to grid integration.

Your Responsibilities
Define power-system scope functionality performance and technical integration requirements.
Lead technical evaluation and support head-contract and OEM negotiations.
Manage supplier packages documentation factory acceptance testing and grid interfaces.
Monitor OEM costs and implement responses to budget and delivery variances.
Set testing and commissioning requirements with site teams and close specialist review comments.
Improve engineering processes and translate performance information into recovery plans.

Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
An Electrical Engineering bachelor degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
Membership of or eligibility for Engineers Australia.
At least seven years of post-graduate engineering experience including three years dedicated to power systems.
Demonstrated team leadership and complex stakeholder management.
Capability in operational budgeting financial review and business planning.
Working knowledge of Australian OH&S and employee relations legislation.
Current entitlement to live and work in the role location.
