Senior Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

As a PBS Practitioner at ORS you will:

• Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services under the NDIS
• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs)
• Collaborate with clients families carers and allied health professionals
• Work autonomously while being supported by a national team of Senior Practitioners and Clinical Leaders
• Receive supervision aligned to NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements

• Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Core or Proficient PBS Practitioner
• Tertiary qualification in Psychology Social Work Occupational Therapy or a related discipline
• Strong knowledge of contemporary PBS frameworks and FBA methodologies
• Excellent written communication and report writing skills
• Passion for working with individuals with disability and a commitment to human rights-based person-centred support

• Structured induction program and ongoing mentoring
• Internal PBS Training and Clinical Supervision provided
