Job Summary

Role Type: 14-month Full Time Contract (Maternity Leave Cover)

Lead data CRM and insights that power fundraising and transform child health worldwide.


The opportunity:

Reporting to the Head of Individual Philanthropy & Supporter Relations youll lead the Supporter Relations team and oversee the Institutes fundraising CRM donor data reporting and business intelligence capability.

Youll champion a data-driven culture by ensuring donor information is accurate secure and accessible while providing strategic insights that inform fundraising decisions and strengthen supporter engagement.

Youll also lead the optimisation of Raisers Edge NXT develop impactful Power BI dashboards and drive continuous improvement projects that enhance fundraising performance and operational effectiveness.



What youll do

  • Lead coach and develop a high-performing Supporter Relations team
  • Oversee donor data governance quality and CRM administration
  • Optimise Raisers Edge NXT to improve fundraising operations
  • Develop executive dashboards and reporting using Power BI
  • Translate complex data into meaningful insights for senior leaders and the Board

What youll bring

  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong experience managing CRM platforms ideally Raisers Edge NXT or a similar fundraising CRM
  • Expertise in data governance reporting and business intelligence
  • Advanced experience developing dashboards using Power BI or similar visualisation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
