Senior Manager Centralised Support
Job Summary
Reporting to the General Manager Finance youll play a critical leadership role across finance operational performance compliance and continuous improvement. Leading a team of experienced managers and analysts youll partner with senior leaders across the business to drive financial performance maximise revenue opportunities and deliver strategic outcomes.
While the title is Senior Manager Centralised Support this role combines commercial finance leadership operational performance revenue optimisation and people leadership.
This is a unique opportunity to combine commercial finance expertise with operational leadership in a purpose-driven national organisation.
What youll be responsible for:
- Leading the national Centralised Support function and developing a high-performing team
- Driving month-end reporting budgeting forecasting financial modelling and business performance analysis
- Maximising revenue opportunities across placements outcome claims wage subsidies and employment funding streams
- Providing commercial insights and financial guidance to senior leaders across the organisation
- Strengthening compliance governance and audit readiness across Employment Services contracts
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency reporting accuracy and operational effectiveness
- Building financial capability and commercial acumen across operational leadership teams
Qualifications :
Were looking for a commercially minded leader who can confidently operate across finance strategy and operations.
Youll bring:
- CA or CPA qualification (or nearing completion)
- Significant experience in financial management forecasting budgeting and performance analysis
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence business performance
- Experience leading leaders and developing high-performing teams
- A track record of driving change process improvement and operational excellence
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and financial systems capability
