Senior DevOps Engineer

What Youll Actually Do

This is a senior individual contributor role with big technical reach. You wont manage people but you will set technical standards shape strategy and mentor fellow PaperCutters:

• Build the Foundation: Youre responsible for building and maintaining the development tools infrastructure and secure environments that deliver a stable and enjoyable experience for PaperCuts customers.

• Guardian of Reliability: Youll ensure the performance uptime and scale of our products. Youll own the production monitoring and observability tools to maintain high standards of code and thoughtful solution design.

• Champion of Automation: You wont just follow the process; youll improve it. You will identify solutions to reduce technical debt improve team efficiency and automate development and release processes.

• Collaborate on Quality: As part of the broader Product Development team youll work cross-functionally to review code facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain consistent design and performance standards across our products.

What You Bring to the Table

• Senior Technical Depth: Extensive hands-on experience in at least one of the major cloud providers (GCP AWS Azure) with a track record of driving scalable engineering outcomes.

• Systemic Problem Solving: Calm under pressure during incidents with an instinct for getting to the root cause and implementing long-term technical fixes.
