The Opportunity
Join the commercial team delivering a major solar development in Central Queensland. This site-based position is suitable for local applicants or those flying from Brisbane on a 14-days-on seven-days-off roster. You will support project leadership engineers and supervisors with day-to-day subcontract administration.
Your Responsibilities
Manage subcontract packages from award to final account.
Assess progress claims and variations and prepare payment recommendations.
Control contractual correspondence and package compliance.
Support cost forecasting and commercial performance reports.
Resolve commercial interfaces with subcontractors and construction teams.
Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
A degree in Business Engineering Construction Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
At least five years administering contracts on major civil construction mining energy or renewable projects.
Practical experience administering subcontract packages during construction.
Strong understanding of progress payments variations and subcontract commercial controls.
Clear communication and effective site-team relationships.
