Our Civil Engineering team delivers a broad range of services including site selection and planning spatial analysis digital terrain modelling earthworks and site grading drainage and flood modelling and flood impact assessments. We work closely with our broader counterparts to deliver integrated high-quality solutions across infrastructure renewable energy and mining a strong pipeline of secured work a recent major project win and continued growth across key sectors we are seeking an experiencedSenior Civil Designer to play a key role in project delivery and contribute to the ongoing development of our design capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality civil design outputs using 12d (preferred) or Civil 3D
• Develop and manage 3D earthworks models and associated 2D design documentation
• Produce detailed design and construction drawings (concept through to IFC)
• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary project teams
• Liaise with engineers lead designers and junior team members
• Support and mentor junior designers where required
• Prepare material take-offs and quantity estimates
• Ensure all deliverables meet required technical quality and drafting standards
• Contribute to safe efficient and compliant project delivery

About You

You bring demonstrated experience in civil design including time in a similar senior or lead designer role with strong proficiency inAutoCAD and 12D.Experience withCivil 3D and Open Roadsis advantageous. You hold anAssociate Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) and are comfortable working in collaborative multidisciplinary teams. You are known for your strong safety focus attention to detail and ability to build effective working relationships. With well-developed communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving you are committed to continuous professional development. Experience in renewable energy projects particularly solar farms will be highly regarded.
