Perth WA 8 Years Experience
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Lead to drive Agile delivery and project execution within a large enterprise environment. This role combines Scrum leadership with project management responsibilities working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery activities.
- Manage project plans schedules risks and dependencies.
- Track sprint progress KPIs and project health.
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Ensure alignment with PMO governance and delivery standards.
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager/Lead.
- Expertise in Scrum Kanban and Agile delivery.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps MIRO and MS Project.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Mining or AHS project experience is highly desirable.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- CSM PMP PMI-ACP or PRINCE2 certifications preferred.
