About the Role

Were looking for a caring and clinically confident School Nurse to provide professional student-centred health care in a busy school environment. Youll be responsible for supporting students immediate health needs managing ongoing medical conditions responding to illness and injury and promoting student wellbeing. This is a part-time term-time only ongoing position.

The School Nurse will:

• Assess triage and manage students and staff presenting with illness injury or medical concerns
• Provide appropriate first aid and health support during school activities excursions camps and sporting events
• Organise immunisation sessions for students and staff
• Conduct relevant staff professional development
• Provide order and maintain first aid kits
• Administer first aid to students staff and visitors
• Attend Outdoor Education and Camp programs
