SchedulerPlanner All Levels

Title:

KBR is experiencing continued growth across major defence transport water and energy programs and is seeking Scheduler/Planner - All Levels to join our Adelaidebased Project Controls team.

Youll support project planning and delivery by developing maintaining and analysing schedules across complex multidisciplinary programs. Responsibility will be aligned to your experience with Senior Schedulers taking greater ownership of schedule delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop maintain and update baseline project schedules

• Analyse schedule performance including critical path float and progress trends

• Support monthly reporting and Project Status Reports

• Apply schedule risk analysis contingency planning and scenario modelling

• Build and manage resourceloaded schedules and profiles

• Collaborate with Project Managers and delivery teams

• Conduct schedule integrity checks and ensure alignment with controls standards

What Youll Bring:

• Degreequalified in Engineering Project Management or similar (or equivalent experience)

• Scheduler: 35 years experience

• Senior Scheduler: 8 years experience

• Strong Primavera P6 and/or MS Project experience

• Advanced Excel skills (Power BI highly regarded)

• Strong communication and timemanagement skills.

• Security Clearance: Holding or being eligible for Baseline/NV1 security clearance is advantageous for defence projects but not required for nondefence work.
