About the Role

As a Scheduler youll play a key role in developing and maintaining a program of works coordinating resources and priorities to support safe efficient and timely delivery.

Working closely with clients delivery teams and external stakeholders youll coordinate schedules manage competing priorities and help ensure maintenance activities are delivered effectively and with minimal disruption.

  • Plan schedule and coordinate rolling and annual maintenance activities ensuring critical works are prioritised and maintenance programs are adjusted in response to changing priorities disruptions and resource availability
  • Work with clients delivery teams and external stakeholders to align schedules minimise conflicts and integrate works into the overall maintenance activities
  • Create manage and oversee notifications work orders and work completion applications within SAP ensuring accurate work tracking compliance and timely completion of maintenance activities

About You

Are you an experienced Scheduler with a practical background in utilities infrastructure or field-based operations. You bring a hands-on approach to planning coordinating crews and contractors and keeping work programs moving safely and efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.

  • Demonstrated experience scheduling maintenance field or operational activities preferably within utilities or infrastructure
  • Proven ability to coordinate field crews contractors and operational stakeholders to deliver work safely on time and to required standards
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities respond to changing work demands and maintain accurate work schedules
  • Strong computer skills including SAP or similar work management systems work orders reporting and Microsoft Office
