Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Developer to design develop and deliver innovative cloud-native solutions on the SAP BTP platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP BTP services SAP Fiori/UI5 CAP SAP Build and cloud application development with a proven ability to lead technical design mentor development teams and drive digital transformation initiatives.
The role will work closely with business stakeholders SAP functional teams to build scalable secure and high-performing solutions that extend and integrate SAP and non-SAP applications.
Location: Brisbane QLD
Salary:AUD57 Annual Gross
Please Note: - The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements based on internal company processes

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Development
- Design develop and deploy applications on SAP BTP using cloud-native development principles.
- Build and maintain applications using SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) Java and SAP HANA Cloud.
- Develop modern user experiences using SAP Fiori SAPUI5 and SAP Build technologies.
- Design and implement APIs microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Support clean-core strategies by extending SAP S/4HANA using SAP BTP rather than core modifications.
- Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership for SAP BTP initiatives and development teams.
- Define development standards best practices and governance frameworks.
- Conduct design reviews code reviews and technical quality assessments.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to align solutions with business and technology strategies.
Technical Expertise Requirements
- Strong experience designing and developing cloud-native applications on SAP BTP using SAP CAP Java and SAP HANA Cloud.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP Fiori SAPUI5 and SAP Build technologies to deliver modern user experiences.
- Proven capability in designing REST/OData APIs microservices and event-driven architectures using SAP BTP services.
- Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA extensions following Clean Core principles and side-by-side extensibility approaches.
- Deep understanding of SAP BTP architecture integration patterns security DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
- Ability to provide technical leadership establish development standards and conduct architecture design and code reviews.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating with enterprise architects to align solutions with business and technology strategies.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities adapt to changing business needs and work effectively in a fast-paceddynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelors degree in business Information Technology or a related field (a Masters degree or relevantcertifications is a plus).
- SAP Certified Technology Associate certifications.
