About the Role

As aSales Systems ProcessingSpecialistyoullsupport product fulfilment and sales systems administrationfor ourSalesOperationsfunction.A typical day will involve the management and processing of digital sales through CRM systemsensuringaccuratebilling productsetupand delivery in line with customer agreements.
Working closely with SalesRevenue Operations Credit ServicesProduct & Technology teamsyoullalso supporthigh-volume processing activities andassistwith the investigation and resolution of sales systems enquiries.

What Youll Do

• Own the end-to-end processingof sales agreements contractamendmentsand fulfilment activities ensuring every order isaccuratecompliantand delivered seamlessly.

• Keep our sales operations running smoothlyby managing bookings billing product setup dataqualityand high-volume processing across multiple platforms.

• Be the go-to expert for Salesforce and related sales systems providing user supportmaintainingrecordsand resolving operational issues.

• Partner closely with Sales Revenue Operations Credit Services and Product & Technologyteams to investigate enquiries solve problems and drive excellent customer outcomes.

• Contribute to continuous improvementthrough testingprojectsand process enhancements while consistently meeting SLAs KPIs and compliance requirements.

IdeallyYoull Have

ESSENTIALS:

• Experience in data entryadministrationor operational processing roles.

• Salesforceexperience or experience working with CRM platforms.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking capability.

• Experience managing customer or stakeholder enquiries.

• Willingness to learn new systemsprocessesand technologies.

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications particularly Excel and Google Sheets.

NICE TO HAVES

• Knowledge of the real estate industry.

• Experience in billing contractadministrationor fulfilment operations.

• Experience with Salesforce administration activities.

• Exposure to dispute resolution or customer issue management.

• Experienceparticipatingin system testing or project activities.
