Position: Full-Time Base Salary Uncapped Performance Bonuses

Experience: No real estate experience required we hire for drive grit and attitude.

Your primary focus is driving growth: prospecting initiating conversations with property owners uncovering opportunities and booking appointments.

You wont do this alone. Youll work directly alongside top performing Lead Agents gaining real time market insights with continuous 1-1 coaching industry leading tech and dedicated career support every step of the way.

• Drive Business Growth: Uncover market opportunities through active outreach phone calls door knocking and targeted community engagement.
• Build Relationships: Initiate conversations with local property owners and nurture genuine long term relationships.
• Database Mastery: Build update and manage a high value pipeline of prospective sellers.
• Live Sales Experience: Attend client appointments open homes and auctions alongside our senior agent.
• Hit Targets: Consistently work towards clear achievable KPIs for prospecting and appointment booking.

• Goal Driven: High energy motivated by targets and obsessed with results.
• Confident Communicator: Great phone manner and comfortable starting conversations with total strangers.
• Consistent & Disciplined: Shows up daily with the work ethic and grit needed to build a pipeline.
• Self Reliant: Thrives working independently using initiative to solve problems on the fly.
• Open to All Backgrounds: Prior real estate experience isnt required we hire for personality drive and culture fit.
• Course Ready: Completing your Real Estate Registration is required but dont hold back if youre still researching or in the early study stages. We want to hear from you!
