About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer to join a leading enterprise organisation in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives delivering secure and scalable identity governance solutions within a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customize and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- Design and implement custom and out-of-the-box connectors including Web Services SCIM LDAP and JDBC.
- Develop custom workflows rules reports and integrations using SailPoint APIs.
- Perform application onboarding access provisioning and identity governance activities.
- Support production environments through incident problem and change management processes.
- Execute SailPoint upgrades patch deployments and system maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver IAM solutions aligned with security and compliance requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Proficiency in Java and BeanShell development.
- Experience developing and configuring SailPoint workflows rules and custom integrations.
- Strong knowledge of connector development including Web Services SCIM LDAP and JDBC.
- Solid experience with SQL and database technologies.
- Experience with Git Bitbucket build management and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Access Management and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Experience supporting IAM solutions within large and complex enterprise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SailPoint upgrades and migration projects.
- Knowledge of security governance and compliance frameworks.
- Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.
