ESS Manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or villages for remote works providing the essential comforts such as a hot meal a clean bed freshly laundered workwear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.
The Position:
Lead catering staff to ensure high standards in food production and service.
Allocate tasks assist with training and promote team development.
Maintain safe hygienic kitchen and dining areas in line with food safety regulations.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
