ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Risk this role you will be at the forefront of managing investigations related to theft fraud security and loss. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough investigations and collaborating closely with Internal stakeholders and law enforcement to address cases effectively.

As a Retail Risk Partner you will leverage insights from reporting and dashboards to proactively identify areas that require investigation. You will play a crucial role in delivering clear and actionable support to Area Managers and store teams. Additionally you will provide Security and Safety support to both Retail and Distribution centers managing security solutions.

You will be instrumental in identifying breakdowns in processes and taking swift action to resolve issues collaborating closely with Retail and Distribution Center teams to enhance overall performance.

In this role you will also be responsible for verifying the correct use and maintenance of physical security systems including CCTV merchandise tagging security locks safes and alarms. If you are a problem-solving enthusiast with a passion for analysing data to enhance the functionality and success of your team then this may be the perfect fit for you. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• In-depth understanding of Retail Operations and commercial dynamics
• Proven experience in Loss Prevention within retail and/or Distribution Centers
• Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations (preferred not essential)
• Familiarity with relevant HR and ER requirements
• Expertise in physical security controls and systems (preferred not essential)
• Strong analytical abilities focused on fraud and loss prevention
• Proven problem-solving skills & a proven track record of excellence in execution
