Candidates must have 3-5 years experience in a similar role.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead the Way: Drive engagement and results with your team of 2050 legends.
• Own the Ops: Handle rostering recruitment stock and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
• Grow Your Team: Help your team thrive with check-ins performance reviews and development plans.
• Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss budgets and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly.
• Champion your Community: Run our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups.
