Are you a Registered Nurse with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care The Mount Private Hospital is seeking experienced Registered Nurses with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care to join our established nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with patients families staff and VMOs from diverse backgrounds and cultures
Providing exceptional customer service and person-centred and evidence-based care
Providing supervision and preceptorship to Enrolled Nurses graduates AINs/PSAs and students
Working as a valued member of an interdisciplinary team managing own work time and personal well-being
Participating in quality improvement projects to support best practice outcomes
Essential Criteria:
- Current AHPRA registration (essential)
- At least 3 years experience working in an acute surgical/ medical environment or similar
- A willingness and availability to work across all shifts including day afternoon and night duty shifts
- A commitment to providing excellent patient-centred care
- An ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and model Healthscopes values
- Experience in intensive care cardiology and general surgery (desirable)

If you are successful you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the Healthscope - WA - Nurses and Midwives Agreement RN classification starting from $40.25 to $53.17 per hour.
