You will bring a strong commercial mindset balancing business outcomes with resident needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company a team of Sales Managers and professionals you will be responsible for building capability driving engagement and delivering consistent high-quality sales outcomes across the to the General Manager of Sale (Resales & Ardency) your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Developing and delivering regional sales strategies targets KPIs and budgetsDriving sales performance across enquiry conversion reservations and settlementsEnsuring accurate forecasting of sales and settlement outcomes across the regionReviewing and approving sales appraisals validating market values and supporting price growthMonitoring performance across villages identifying trends and addressing variancesManaging aged stock strategies to improve inventory clearancePreparing and presenting weekly and monthly sales performance reports to senior stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with company sales processes policies and relevant legislationPartnering with Marketing to optimise campaigns displays and village presentation standardsLeveraging Salesforce reporting to maximise pipeline visibility and resultsManaging customer complaint resolution ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomesReviewing buy-back easy move and commission approvals within governance frameworksLeading and coaching the regional sales team building capability and driving engagementSupporting training initiatives and embedding best-practice sales techniquesCollaborating with internal stakeholders to align sales activity with broader Sales & Marketing strategyMonitoring competitor activity and providing market insights to the wider businessDriving a culture of safety compliance and continuous improvementPlease note: Regular travel to various locations throughout Melbournes eastern and south-eastern suburbs is a requirement of this YouThe successful candidate will have the following:Relevant tertiary qualification and/or Real Estate LicenceCurrent Drivers Licence and willingness to travelMinimum 7 years experience in sales or a related disciplineProven experience (35 years) leading and managing high-performing sales teamsStrong commercial acumen with demonstrated budgeting and forecasting experienceSolid understanding of relevant legislation and the retirement living or 55 market (highly regarded)Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce desirable) and data-driven sales managementStrong leadership coaching and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate othersAbility to balance compliance customer experience and commercial outcomesExperience building networks and community relationships (desirable)Ready to Join the FunIf you are a results-driven sales leader who thrives on leading teams driving performance and making a meaningful impact in a growing and purpose-led organisation wed love to hear from today and take the next step in a role where your leadership and expertise will shape the future of retirement submit your resume and cover letter via the link your cover letter please highlight your interest in the Regional Sales Manager opportunity and how your experience aligns with our note: The successful applicant will be required to complete both a Police Check and a Bankruptcy Check and must be willing to receive an annual flu vaccination between May and November with supporting documentation prior tojoining.
