Were looking for an experienced Regional Property Manager to join our Property team and lead property operations across a portfolio of care communities within The Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a property or facilities management professional who enjoys leading teams delivering projects ensuring compliance and influencing business outcomes in a purpose-driven youll be doing:Lead and support Maintenance Officers across multiple care communities in property compliance preventative maintenance and asset repairs maintenance and capital works contractor performance and service opportunities to improve safety compliance cost efficiency and operational new home commissioning project delivery and defect with operational leaders to create safe welcoming and well-maintained environments for residents and You:Proven experience in Property or Facilities Management across multiple sites is preferredBackground in Aged Care Healthcare Hospitality or another highly regulated environment is idealStrong knowledge of Building Codes Australian Standards WHS and compliance requirementsExperience delivering refurbishment maintenance and capital works projectsA confident people leader with excellent stakeholder management skillsCommercially minded with strong budgeting and problem-solving capabilityWhat We Offer:At Opal HealthCare were all about creating a nurturing work environment that encourages innovation growth and camaraderie.
