Regional Facilities Manager NSW

We currently have anopportunity for a Regional Facilities Manager. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in leading the strategic and operational performance of commercial property portfolios across NSW. Reporting to the National Operations Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomesthat support our essential services.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Leading a team of Facilities Managers to deliver safe efficient and highquality facilities services across multiple commercial sites embedding a genuine Zero Harm culture in daily operations.
• Building strong collaborative relationships with customers tenants subcontractors and internal stakeholders becoming the trusted escalation point for your region.
• Driving asset and property performance through planned maintenance proactive incident management and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Managing regional financial and operational performance including KPIs revenue cost management and accurate monthly reporting.
• Championing innovation sustainability initiatives and the use of technology to enhance safety compliance and customer experience.

What Youll Bring

• Significant leadership experience in facilities management or a related industry ideally across multisite environments.
• A collaborative empathetic leadership style that builds trust inclusion and strong team performance.
• Strong commercial and financial capabilities including budget oversight data interpretation and performance optimisation.
• A strong commitment to Zero Harm quality and compliance with familiarity across relevant health and safety legislation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills confidence with systems and Microsoft Office and the ability to travel as required (full drivers licence essential).
