We have an opportunity available within our Industrial Recruitment team situated in Bowen QLD. Are you currently working within a high-volume administration or customer service role and looking for a new challenge If so this may be the role for you.

What will your day look like

• You will be working closely with our Business Development Managers to fill open Industrial opportunities
• Connecting with your candidate network - build and manage relationships
• Completing pre-employment checks (e.g. references interviews qualifications)
• Offering excellent service to our field employees while on placement
• Work on projects that drive real outcome and change within our communities

In simple terms as a Recruitment Coordinator no two days will be the same. Yes its a fast-paced environment competitive but highly stimulating! You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive structure.
