Role Summary
The Quality & Compliance Administration Officer plays a vital role in ensuring that our administrative processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Based in Warrnambool Victoria this part-time22.8 hours / 3 days per week contract position will assist the Quality Safety and Compliance Team Leader to provide high-quality administrative and operational support. The focus will be on areas such as:
- Develop review audit and update policies across GACs diverse service areas
- Records Management and the oversight of the IonMy program
- Quality Assurance and Accreditation Compliance
- Risk Management and Safety OH&S
- Continuous Improvement
- Reception & Administration Assistance

Qualifications Skills Experience and Knowledge
- Experience working with Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islanders providing practical and culturally safe advice and encouragement.
- Certificate or diploma in business administration health services governance or a related field
- Previous experience in an administrative or compliance-related role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Experience in data collection and reporting
- Knowledge of Quality Frameworks legislation standards regulations or willing to research and learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and support a diverse team.
