Job Summary
Role Title:Quality and Capability Advisor The Long Service Corporation(LSC) manages portable long service schemes for the building and constructioncontract cleaning and community services industries. Location: Gosford Parramatta or Sydney CBD with 2-3 days in-office perweek.

This is a varied andrewarding role where you will partner with leaders and frontline teams to:
- Build workforce capability through training design facilitation and coaching
- Analyse performance data and identify improvement opportunities
- Deliver quality assurance activities and reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver quality assurance activities reviews and reporting to improve service delivery and team performance
- Analyse data to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement
- Build effective relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business
- Support continuous improvement projects that enhance customer outcomes and operational efficiency
- Research emerging issues and provide practical evidence-based recommendations to support better business outcomes

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to turn insights into action
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes
