Were recruiting on behalf of a growing remedial and roofing group based in Petrie North Brisbane. They have recently acquired a well-respected Brisbane Northside electrical business that has been operating for over 15 years. The business has built its reputation on professional friendly service and quality installations and is now expanding with the backing of the wider group. They are looking for qualified Electricians to join the team.

The Role:

Youll work across a varied mix of commercial and residential jobs along with some industrial work. Your responsibilities will include:

• Electrical installations maintenance troubleshooting and fault-finding
  
• Switchboard upgrades safety switches power points lighting and ceiling fans
  
• Commercial fit-outs and renovations for shops offices and restaurants
  
• Testing of emergency exit lighting and RCDs
  
• Working mainly across Brisbanes Northside with occasional trips to the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast
  
• Delivering a professional friendly service to every customer
  

About You:

To be successful youll ideally have:

• A current Queensland electrical licence
  
• Solid residential and/or commercial electrical experience
  
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  
• A White Card and current drivers licence
  
• A strong safety focus and a positive customer-focused attitude
  

Highly regarded (but not essential):

• ARCtick licence and split system air conditioning installation experience
  
• Open cabling registration for phone and data work
  
• Test and tag experience
  
• Industrial (motors and machines) or rural electrical experience
  

Whats on Offer:

• $50 to $70 per hour Super negotiable based on experience
  
• Work van tools and PPE supplied
  
• Variety of work across residential commercial and industrial projects.
