Property Manager

Minor Hotels Australasia is currently looking for a Property Manager to join our team at MINT Residential.

Mint Residential is part of the Minor International Group. We have offices in key CBD locations across Australia and are a full-service property agency specialising in CBD & Inner-city apartment sales rentals & property management. We operate like most other real estate agencies except that we exclusively manage and sell Oaks Hotels & AVANI managed properties.

Based in our Brisbane CBD office youll be part of a small supportive team thats backed by the strength and scale of a global hotel group.

Key Responsibilities include: 

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels Avani Hotels)
• Manage incoming rental enquiries always providing exceptional customer service
• Conduct open routine entry and exit inspections as required
• Communicate effectively with tenants
• Draft and support in the administration of leasing and property handovers
• Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
• Utilise the console cloud program for effective property management

Shift Details (subject to change):

• Monday to Friday position
• Office located in Brisbane CBD

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Hold a Real Estate Certificate
• Minimum 1 year of Property Management experience
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants owners and stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of property management procedures including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise as required
• Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
• Availability to work Saturdays when required (on an ad hoc basis)
