genU is looking for supportive and hands on Property Care Assistant Supervisor to support with mowing brush cutting hedging weeding and herbicide spraying. This role is all about safety teamwork and attention to detail ensuring permits protocols and daily tasks are completed accurately while delivering excellent results.

What youll do

As a Property Care Assistant Supervisor in our Landcare team youll:

• Facilitate hand mowing brush cutting hedging weeding and herbicide spraying.
• Actively contribute as a positive and engaged member of the Business Enterprise team.
• Champion genU values by fostering a safe supportive and inclusive workplace for supported employees.
• Plan and prioritise effectively to meet business needs and deliver results on time.

What youll bring

• Relevant qualifications or experience in grounds maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Team-oriented with solid interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A hardworking reliable and punctual attitude.
• AQF3 Chemical Accreditation (or willingness to obtain)

(Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry well help guide you through this.)
