The Opportunity
Take a renewable energy project from early contractor involvement through construction and commissioning. The position begins in Melbourne during planning and design development then moves to a site leadership role in Mortlake Victoria.

Your Responsibilities
Bring clients consultants and contractors together around an achievable delivery plan.
Contribute to design development constructability reviews and pre-construction planning.
Lead site teams programmes and execution strategies through commissioning.
Oversee procurement budgets forecasts and project costs.
Manage contract obligations variations delivery risks and opportunities.
Maintain strong HSE performance and report progress commercial outcomes and emerging issues.
Introduce practical improvements to delivery processes.

Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
Experience managing major infrastructure energy or renewable projects.
Utility-scale solar or other renewable generation experience is highly regarded.
Understanding of early contractor involvement construction and commissioning.
Strong contractual judgement and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
Relevant qualification in engineering construction management or a related field.
Ability to move from collaborative office planning to hands-on site leadership in Mortlake.
