Job Summary

About the Role

Reporting to the Program Manager the PMO Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of our Cloud program across North America. Acting as a central point of coordination between regional technology teams program stakeholders and delivery partners you will help drive governance planning communication and execution activities across multiple workstreams.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a high profile enterprise transformation program while gaining exposure to global stakeholders modern cloud technologies and large-scale program delivery practices.

This role will be based in Sydney (Mascot) Melbourne (CBD) or Port Kembla.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate regional workshops planning sessions and project activities across North America
  • Support resource planning and coordination of assessment and migration activities
  • Monitor actions milestones and deliverables to ensure timely progress and escalation of risks or issues
  • Maintain governance artefacts including RAID logs status reporting and decision registers
  • Support program communications stakeholder engagement and change management activities
  • Manage project documentation and information repositories
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of program resources
  • Work closely with Microsoft DXC Lab3 and internal technology teams to support successful delivery outcomes

About You

You are a highly organised and proactive project professional with strong coordination communication and stakeholder management skills. You thrive in fast paced environments enjoy bringing structure to complex initiatives and can effectively build relationships across technical and business teams.

What Youll Bring

  • Experience in project coordination or program support roles within large or complex projects
  • Strong organisational administration and communication skills
  • Experience tracking risks issues actions and dependencies
  • Exposure to project governance reporting and change management practices
  • Ability to influence collaborate and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working on enterprise technology or transformation programs will be highly regarded
  • Knowledge of project delivery frameworks such as PMBOK Prince2 or MSP is advantageous
