Project Administrator

Sedgwick is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support our Major Projects and Strata Remedial team. This is a dynamic role that blends coordination communication and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

What are my accountabilities

  • Coordinate project activities schedules milestones and deliverables to ensure timely project execution.

  • Maintain project documentation including action logs risk and issue registers status reports and governance records.

  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings workshops steering committees and stakeholder communications.

  • Monitor project progress budgets resource allocations and financial tracking highlighting risks and variances.

  • Support risk issue dependency and change management processes ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

  • Administer project tools and reporting dashboards while identifying opportunities to improve project processes and efficiency

About you

  • Strong project coordination and administrative expertise.

  • Knowledge of project governance reporting and financial tracking

  • Experience supporting Agile Waterfall or hybrid project environments.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills particularly Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
