The Opportunity
With a strong pipeline of projects commencing this year and well into the next we are recruiting now for an experienced Project Administrator to join our team.
About the role
Based from our Head Office in Eagle Farm QLD. this unique role will require frequent travel to our projects located throughout QLD and NSW where you will support the onsite project administration teams with the day to day administrative tasks during periods of high tasks will include reporting timesheets purchase orders reconciling invoices travel bookings and end of month functions as well as;
- Collecting scanning filing and distributing paperwork;
- Data Entry;
- Invoice and docket matching;
- Generating purchase orders;
- Handling correspondence;
- Maintaining registers;
- Timesheet entry;
- Travel and accommodation bookings;
- General Administration duties;
- Responding to phone and email queries;
- Assisting the project team as required.
About you
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Recent experience of on-site project delivery;
- Be a team player with excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude;
- Ideally hold a relevant Business Administration tertiary qualification (Diploma / Cert IV);
- A minimum of 12 months experience preparing and reconciling purchase orders and invoices;
- Ability to facilitate strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability and experience in working in a busy team environment;
- Good working knowledge of the Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel Word Outlook) and Microsoft Teams;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience with processing and collating of timesheets;
- Experience with end of month reporting;
- Strong attention to detail.
