Job Summary
Primary Focus Areas
DevOps Capability and Governance
- Work collaboratively with the PMO and Technical Delivery teams to define embed and monitor DevOps hygiene standards and delivery practices.
- Establish and maintain DevOps reporting metrics and dashboards to provide visibility of delivery performance and compliance.
- Support maturity assessments and continuous improvement initiatives across technical delivery teams.
- Provide guidance and practical support to teams to encourage adoption of agreed DevOps standards and delivery practices.
- Monitor compliance with governance requirements identify risks and escalate issues where appropriate.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes quality and efficiency.
Program and Project Support
- Assist in the development of executive briefs board papers status reports presentations and other program documentation as required/requested.
- Coordinate governance activities action tracking meeting preparation and follow-up activities.
- Support Delivery Management & Support (DMS) Delivery Managers in maintaining delivery schedules milestones risks issues and dependencies.
Technical Delivery Release and Transition Support
- Work with DMS Delivery Managers to coordinate and follow up key activities associated with technical delivery release management and transition planning.
- Track actions dependencies and deliverables across teams to support successful delivery outcomes.
- Support release readiness activities implementation planning and transition-to-support processes.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between technical business and operational stakeholders as required.

Required Skills:
Key duties and responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Storage Engineer who has experience working in large complex ICT environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying configuring managing and tuning the departments storage systems at physical and virtual layers. The Senior Storage Engineer will also be responsible to deploy configure and manage Storage Area Network Switches as required. The successful candidate should have knowledge of new and emerging technologies to shape the future direction of the departments storage and data platforms. The role requires producing design documents build documents operations document handover and sharing of knowledge with other team members and mentoring junior team members. Essential criteria experience and knowledge in the design administration tuning and troubleshooting of one or more of the following storage systems: HPE 3PAR Primera Alletra Storage Systems NetApp E-Series Dell Data Domain Brocade Fabric Switches SANnav Scality Artesca to produce design build and operations documents for processes and procedures. communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills to work with skilled technical people including making presentations to staff and stakeholders and coaching staff. / Knowledge of following technology: Veeam Backup and Replication
