Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Experience with utility retail platforms preferably GenTrack.
• Strong understanding of retail business processes customer operations and billing environments.
• Proven experience managing complex multi-vendor transformation programs.
• Relevant project/program management certifications (PMP PRINCE2 MSP or equivalent).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day program management activities ensuring delivery remains aligned to approved scope schedule and budget.
• Monitor program health risks issues dependencies and milestones escalating concerns proactively.
• Track and drive adherence to the Statement of Work (SOW) governance framework and agreed delivery plans.
• Ensure quality assurance metrics controls and reporting mechanisms are implemented and maintained.
• Support the Program Director by providing accurate timely and transparent reporting on program status and risks.
• Work closely with business managers and stakeholders to secure required inputs decisions and approvals in a timely manner.
• Coordinate across vendors business teams and technical teams to ensure delivery commitments are met.
