Grade:11/12
Salary range:$69 superannuation and leave loading
Duration:temporary opportunity to 30 June 2027

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Program Manager to lead complex enterprise-wide initiatives that support Revenue NSWs strategic priorities and long-term success.

Working within the Strategy & Innovation team you will partner with senior leaders across the organisation to drive large-scale programs improve organisational effectiveness strengthen alignment across teams and support the delivery of strategic outcomes.

This is an opportunity to work at the centre of key organisational priorities providing leadership structure and momentum for initiatives that span multiple business units and stakeholders.

What youll be doing

  • Lead the planning delivery and governance of complex enterprise programs.
  • Work closely with executives and senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable work plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes in complex and evolving environments.
  • Develop program roadmaps implementation plans governance forums and reporting.
  • Identify risks dependencies and opportunities that may impact successful delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops stakeholder engagement activities and decision-making processes.
  • Provide high-quality advice insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Establish and monitor measures of success and benefits realisation.

About you

You are a strategic thinker who combines strong program delivery experience with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills. You can navigate ambiguity bring diverse groups together and maintain momentum across competing priorities.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale organisational or enterprise-wide programs.
  • Strong program and project management capability including governance planning and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills including experience working with executive audiences.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and facilitation capabilities.
  • The ability to operate effectively in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Experience delivering initiatives involving organisational improvement workforce business transformation strategy operating environments or service delivery improvement is desirable.
