About the Role

The Program Educator delivers high-quality education toeyecare professionals to support the effective delivery of a client education program. Working across an assigned territory you will deliver approved educational content maintain accurate activity records and ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements client expectations and industry standards.This is a 6 month contract working in a full time capacity in Sydney metro territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging education toeyecare professionals (training provided)

• Plan and prioritise educational activities across your assigned territory.

• Maintain knowledge of the therapy area and complete all required training.

• Ensure all activitiescomply withclient policies industrycodesand Pharmacovigilance (PV) requirements.

• Record all interactions accurately and promptly in the nominated CRM system.

• Meet agreed activity reporting and service delivery KPIs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support effective program delivery and improvement.

About You

You are an organised and engagingprofessional with a passion for education andstrong stakeholderengagement.

You will bring:

• Experience in healthcare education customerengagementor a similar field-based role(preferred)

• Strong communicationpresentationand relationship management skills.

• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent planning organisational and time management skills.

• A tertiary qualification in Health Nursing ScienceBusinessor a related discipline (preferred).

• A current Australian Drivers Licence and willingness to travel regularly.
