Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Strong utilities sector experience preferably within Australian retail energy or utility environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing strategic relationships with product vendors and executive leadership teams.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformations involving customer billing and retail platforms.
• Prior experience in Western Australia or government-owned utility environments is highly desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership governance and accountability for the retail transformation program.
• Manage executive stakeholders Steering Committees and key decision-making forums while maintaining alignment to program objectives.
• Partner with the utility product vendor and delivery partners to establish a single source of truth for scope schedule risks and outcomes.
• Drive proactive risk issue dependency and escalation management to protect business operations and customer outcomes.
• Prevent scope creep and ensure all changes are formally assessed governed and approved. Hold vendors and delivery partners accountable for quality delivery commitments and program outcomes.
• Work closely with business leaders to ensure parallel operational activities are not adversely impacted during the transformation.
