Procurement Transformation Lead (Source-to-Contract) | Mon to Fri 38 hours | Melbourne Support Centre
Job Summary
Lead and deliver the implementation and enterprise-wide adoption of the new Source-to-Contract (S2C) platform. The role is accountable for driving procurement transformation through process standardisation stakeholder engagement change management governance and technology enablement.
Job Scope
- Financial: Delivers procurement value through delivering project on time and within budget. Support business adoption post go-live.
- Staff: 1.5 x Project support; leads cross-functional teams.
- Relationships: Procurement IT Finance Legal Operations Global counterparts vendors and business leaders.
- Scope: Enterprise-wide S2C deployment and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead S2C deployment across the organisation.
- Enhance and execute transformation roadmap and adoption plan.
- Standardise sourcing contracting and supplier management processes.
- Partner with IT and implementation partners on solution design testing and deployment.
- Establish governance reporting and risk management including project plans milestones and executive reporting.
- Gather and prioritise business requirements.
- Integrate with ERP transformation team to support S2C and ERP synergies
- Lead business readiness communications training and change management activities.
- Drive adoption across business units and functions.
- Manage risks issues and remediation plans.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.
- Develop continuous improvement roadmap post go-live.
Experience
- Proven experience leading Procurement Transformation or Procurement Excellence initiatives.
- Demonstrated success delivering Source-to-Contract eSourcing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or similar procurement technology implementations.
- Experience working with platforms such as Coupa SAP Ariba Ivalua JAGGAER or equivalent solutions.
- Strong project and program management experience within complex organisations.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder groups and executive-level reporting.
- Proven ability to drive organisational change and technology adoption.
- Experience redesigning and optimising procurement processes.
- Exposure to enterprise transformation ERP integration or digital transformation programs highly desirable.
- Familiar with working in a Global organisation and engaging with Global stakeholders
- Procurement expertise project management change management stakeholder engagement process improvement commercial acumen analytics and communication skills.
- Success Measures
- On-time delivery user adoption compliance improvements cycle time reduction spend visibility and benefits realisation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Business Commerce Supply Chain Procurement Information Systems Engineering or related discipline.
- Desirable: PMP PRINCE2 Agile Prosci CIPS or equivalent.
