About the Role

As a Process Operator youll be at the heart of our manufacturing operation helping transform premium ingredients into products trusted by thousands of Australians every day.

Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team youll ensure our production processes run safely efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role offering plenty of opportunities to learn contribute and grow.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Operating manufacturing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitoring production processes to ensure quality and performance targets are achieved
  • Conducting routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
  • Maintaining production supplies and materials to keep operations running smoothly
  • Meeting daily production schedules and deadlines
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes productivity and efficiency
  • Working closely with team members across production and quality teams
  • Maintaining a clean safe and compliant work environment
  • Following all health safety and quality procedures

What Youll Bring

Ideally youll have:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing process operation or packaging environment (2 years preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic mathematical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with ERP systems (advantageous)
  • A Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential)
