About the Employer
Our client is an established engineering construction and operations business delivering transport building water and other infrastructure works across Australia. Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities.

The Opportunity
Lead precast production crews and coordinate daily yard activities on a rotating 7/3 and 7/4 day-and-night roster.

Your Work
Oversee mould preparation reinforcement pours curing stripping and finishing.
Allocate crews equipment and materials to meet daily and weekly production plans.
Monitor output bottlenecks and labour productivity and resolve operational issues.
Lead pre-starts and toolbox discussions and maintain safe handling and product quality.
Keep shift reports and production records mentor workers and improve cost quality and workflow performance.

Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
Supervisory experience in precast concrete production or heavy manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of production sequencing and precast manufacturing methods.
Experience coordinating substantial crews and concurrent activities.
Understanding of workplace safety obligations and safe work practices.
Strong planning communication and problem-solving under delivery pressure.
A trade or construction background is valued; availability for the rotating 7/3 and 7/4 day/night roster is required.
