About the RoleWe are seeking a Practice Capability Coordinator to play a key role in strengthening practice quality and capability across role sits within SSIs Practice Quality and Assurance function which is responsible for defining what good practice looks like supporting teams to deliver it consistently and continuously improving practice across the Practice Capability Coordinator you will lead the development of practical companion guides that translate SSIs Practice Framework into clear usable guidance for staff. You will also design and support tiered learning pathways that help staff build confidence and capability in applying practice standards across diverse service is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys writing learning design facilitation and working collaboratively with subject matter experts clinical leaders and practice specialists to create practical resources that make a real Practice Capability Coordinator position is a full-time max-term contract until end June this role you will:Lead the authorship of SSIs companion guide suite ensuring practice standards are translated into clear and practical tiered learning pathways for each guide including e-modules workshops induction content and integration with existing learning practice learning and deliver train-the-trainer programs to build capability across SSIs practice specialist and support a community of practice that enables shared learning consistency and continuous awareness of current evidence practice developments and emerging approaches across relevant human services closely with internal stakeholders including clinical leadership program teams Learning and Development subject matter experts and frontline to the annual review of SSIs Practice Framework ensuring learning and practice insights inform future YouYou are a strong communicator writer and facilitator who can turn complex practice concepts into clear engaging and practical guidance. You understand human services practice and are confident working with diverse stakeholders to co-design resources and learning that support consistent high-quality service will bring:A bachelor-level qualification in social work psychology or an allied health writing and content authoring skills with the ability to produce clear practice guidance for varied designing and delivering learning capability-building or blended learning facilitation skills including the ability to support train-the-trainer understanding of adult learning principles and learning platforms such as consultation and stakeholder engagement ability to build relationships work collaboratively and coordinate input from multiple interest in evidence-informed practice and continuous improvement.A qualification in adult education learning and development or instructional design would be highly you are passionate about strengthening practice building capability and creating practical learning that supports high-quality service delivery we would love to hear from you!About UsSettlement Services International (SSI Group) is a community-based organisation and social business that supports newcomers and Australians to achieve their full potential.
